I have a word document that needs editing

Experience Level: Entry
I have 2 word documents that have been formatted strangely. Each document is approximately 100 pages but when trying to print, it is not recognising 100 pages, it seems each page is page 1 or page 1 of 2 etc.

Needs altering so it recognises the pages as individuals. It could formatted into sections ie. Element 1, Element 2 according to the index?

Will have to share the documents via dropbox or google drive. A copy of one of the documents is attached.
