I am in need of a virtual pa

I am a freelance dance and gymnastics coach currently transitioning from sole trader to small business owner.
I am still working as a coach while building the business. The business is a service that empowers youth through the use of dance and sport helping them to build positive mental attitudes.
We currently do this through after-school club programmes, holiday club activities and dance lessons will be starting in November.

I am looking for a virtual assistant too:
liaise with other team members
create letters
research
keep and organise business schedule
database building
file management using google drive/dropbox
setting up auto responders
transcription in order to create documents.

I would like to work to a fixed price each month and covering a set amount of hours a month for that price. Any hours that aren't used will need to be rolled over to the next month.
