As a business, we are currently transitioning over from hiring staff on a contractor basis to an employee. We are also set to hire a large number of staff from next month, which we simply need an experienced HR Manager to come on board to ensure the following are all in place / set-up / in compliance with the law.
1) Pension Scheme / Enrolment (thinking of using nest pensions)
2) Employee PAYE payment set-up (thinking of direct debit payment via HMRC website)
3) Company handbook template (we have a number of company policies, but need to compile them all into a nice handbook as a template, with welcome message / company value sections etc filled in)
4) Go through on-boarding process / general HR to ensure all is in compliance with the law. You will need to go through this with new number of staff, so that they are up to speed
