Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a focus on recruiting and sourcing to support our hiring efforts for a key role within our organization. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent to ensure we find the best candidate fit. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of modern recruiting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand the role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage job postings across relevant platforms
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates
Track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline and maintain accurate records
Provide recommendations based on candidate assessments
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or HR specialist with a focus on talent acquisition
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruitment tools/platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
