Holiday Entitlement Spreadsheet

Hi All

To enhance communication across the business I wish for a spreadsheet to be devised to capture all employee holidays.

I will need it in excel spreadsheet format so that it has the ability to:

a) Formulate the number of annual entitlement (work out the number of days had etc)

b) at times we have the need to give 'advance' holidays in periods when the business has some downturn. I would like this to be captured in the entitlement as well as the workers we pay these back as they are accused.

c) A spreadsheet that can be shared on google spreadsheets.

Please provide your ideas/proposals.
