Help with spreadsheet - sorting data between two columns

Hi there, I have a spreadsheet containing 4,000 rows of data.

There are two columns relating to engine oil. One column should show the type of oil, the other column should show the minimum and maximum levels. The data is messy and needs to be cleaned up. Some of the column data sits in Column A and needs to be grafted into column B. Please mention Castrol in your application so I know you've read this.

I have attached a screenshot and highlighted some cells but I can discuss in more depth with the right applicant.
