Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I am scheduling classes for a college using an excel file. I will be filling in the 'K' column with names of instructors who will teach the course. I have filled in a few names as an example.
This is what I would like to be able to do.
1. Type in an instructor's name into a form. This can be on a new tab if necessary.
2. Copy all rows that have that name.
3. Paste that information into a new tab (tab should have same name as search string or should be nameable).
4. The new tab should have the header row (row 6) and should total the 'class contact hours' and 'lab contact hours' columns in newly generated tabs.
5. I would like to do the same thing with room numbers (row n).
I need to be able to easily run this report again if I make changes to the master sheet.
Can you give me a quote?
