Help with admin and technical business support

I need someone who can make a business more simple and automatic, we run a little gymnastics club and I am looking at ways to make our processes easier and to also then carry out admin tasks per week with social media or the website

I currently have a wordpress website and customers sign their child onto the waiting list which lands into mailchimp.

When children leave from our classes we open spaces on our website and anyone from our waiting line can then book on.

Once they have signed up afterward I move them from the taster mailchimp folder to our customer folder so they receive weekly club emails, I then have to update my excel register with all their correct details from mailchimp

I am looking at ways to make things more simple and automated as their are so many steps I have to do
