Help populating spreadsheets for business plan

.As part of a business submission for government smart loan I need to fill in some tabs on a spreadsheet relating to forecasting, assumptions and a budget. I have all the data and the tabs just need to be populated, but I am not familiar with these forms. If you are have proven experience business administration and fill in these forms accurately please apply. For someone experienced the task should not take long at all.
