Description
Experience Level: Entry
I am looking for an experienced Google Ads / Google Merchant Centre specialist to investigate and resolve a Google Merchant Centre "Misrepresentation" policy violation affecting my website.
Background
I have recently launched a new website: https://kiddimoto.uk
Alongside the website launch, I have set up:
Google Ads
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Merchant Centre
Unfortunately, Google Merchant Centre has flagged the website for Misrepresentation, which means my products are not being approved and I am currently unable to run Shopping Ads or fully utilise the platform.
What I Need
I am looking for someone with proven experience resolving Google Merchant Centre policy issues who can:
Investigate the cause of the Misrepresentation policy violation.
Identify exactly what Google has flagged and why.
Provide a clear explanation of the issue(s).
Implement the necessary fixes to achieve Merchant Centre approval.
Advise on any additional actions required to remain compliant going forward.
Review the Google Ads and Merchant Centre setup to ensure there are no other policy concerns.
Important Requirements
I would like to understand:
Why this issue has occurred.
What changes are required.
What specific changes are being made throughout the process.
Please communicate any proposed website changes before they are implemented so I can review them and ensure the site maintains a professional appearance and brand consistency.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience with Google Merchant Centre policy violations.
Previous success resolving Misrepresentation suspensions.
Strong knowledge of Google Shopping, Google Ads, GA4, and ecommerce websites.
Able to start immediately and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When applying, please include:
Examples of similar Merchant Centre issues you have resolved.
Your proposed approach to diagnosing the problem.
Estimated timeframe for resolution.
Your relevant experience and certifications.
I am looking for somebody who can identify the root cause quickly and work collaboratively to get the account compliant and approved.
