Go through data and dedup manual - UK only

Hi there I have a spreadsheet with 12,500 business listings.
Each business listing is separated into multiple rows of data i.e. business name, category, address, town, county, etc.
There are instances where the same business has multiple categoryies i.e. "estate agent" then it would have another row with exactly the same business but the category would be "letting agent". I need you to go through them all and where a business has multiple categories I need you to using our common sense choose which ever category would be most relevant(i.e. if its "Johns Kitchen Design" and its listed under "Kitchen Design" category and "construction" then the first would be the most relevant).
