I need a remote Personal and Business Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with a blend of personal and professional responsibilities. The initial set of tasks comes with flexible deadlines. This phase will allow us to determine the best approach for integrating new, real-time tasks as the role evolves.

These generally involve research, booking, and coordination:
• Travel Planning
• Information Gathering:
• Logistics & Coordination: Arranging for items to be got from A to B
Business Tasks
These focus on administrative support and project-based work:
• Research: Conducting web project research.
• Document Management: Improving Word templates.
• Client Administration: Handling client communications and information dissemination via email.
• Procurement: Organising the reordering of products.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of common sense and be organised, efficient and proactive. They need to be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
