Experience Level: Intermediate
General admin assistance for small interior design business.
Task 1 - Assist FD with selection and implementation of accountancy software package to include project tracking. Once installed the role will involve general book-keeping duties, invoicing, VAT and PAYE on a weekly basis as required.
Task 2 - Organisation of existing customer base and contacts into data base system, assistance with selection of suitable software and installation to assist with customer management.
Task 3 - Compiling and issuing newsletters, contents to be given but copy experience an advantage to revise wording and grammar etc.
Task 4 - Ongoing admin support, assistance with schedules for interior projects, budgets and cash-flows.
Immediate start, hours to be agreed - 4-8hours per week initially.
