Freelance Role: Directory Data & Outreach Assistant

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to help us update and expand our professional member directory.

Phase 1 – Directory Clean-Up:
You’ll work through our existing member list with care and precision:

-Verify current working status
-Check and update website/social links
-Replace outdated profile images (if available)
-Ensure location, profession, and specialism details are accurate

Phase 2 – Member Growth:
Once the directory is refreshed, your focus will shift to outreach:

-Identify relevant professionals who align with our values
-Source contact details (primarily email)
-Send personalised invites to join the directory

You’ll need:

-Excellent attention to detail
-Research skills and a proactive mindset
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Familiarity with spreadsheets, email tools, and online research

This is a freelance, remote role with flexible hours. Ideal for someone who enjoys research, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to support a growing, values-led platform.
