We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Freelance Personal Assistant to support various maintenance projects for our BHP (Building, HVAC, and Plumbing) needs. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of maintenance operations and be adept at sourcing materials and parts swiftly from suppliers. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who excels in managing tasks and liaising with vendors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage BHP maintenance projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Source and procure necessary materials and parts for maintenance projects, negotiating prices and delivery times with suppliers.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and project timelines.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks with technicians and other stakeholders.
Handle administrative tasks related to maintenance projects, including documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and find quick solutions for material and part shortages.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on BHP maintenance.
Strong understanding of maintenance operations, materials, and parts procurement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for project management and communication.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
