Format and editing two worksheets

Hi,

I have a workbook in which there are two sheets ,i need to make some improvements:

1)In first one give a better look and improving usability ( everything you think can be usefull)
2)It's a tracking sheet (draft) , give it a good look adding formulas where needed (find the most efficient solution) in sheet you will find clear examples

i do not want VBA or other complicated functions, i simply need a usable ,clean ,good looking and simples sheets.
