Find VAT numbers for EU businesses

We have a list of approximately 80 businesses that are non-uk ..........they are located in the EU....mainly France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

We have their company names and full addresses. We need to try their VAT numbers. The task is to find their websites to find the numbers or by some other means.

*** These VAT numbers should be recognised and provide a matching record on VARS. When the number is entered it provides a matching company name on VARS ***

Guessing the 75% of them will be registered so about 60 businesses. Looking for it to be done very quickly please.
