Find residential property

Looking for assistant to call estate agents looking for residential property of certain specification (and in need of refurbishment or development).

The start date is immediate and will run part-time over a two week period. It may be extended by mutual agreement.

We're looking for someone who is personable, investigative, can read between the lines and ultimately can use their time effectively to find properties with the criteria provided (detail later). There will be a bonus for success (£50 per property).
