File Naming / Data Entry

I'm looking for somebody to go through a number of digital files and name them accordingly in a specific format dependent on what they are for. All are receipts and/or invoices and I want them naming in a format such as this:

[DATE]-[SUPPLIER]-[AMOUNT]

So, for example:

20220117 - eBay - £100.00

It's not a long task for someone with quick typing and reviewing skills and shouldn't take more than an hour.
