File Management- Asset management, tag, & organization project

Hi,
Thanks for checking out my project! I am organizing a bunch of photos in my asset and photo library for work. As it is now, they are unsearchable, not tagged, and a big mess. I need someone to help organize and rename 300+ business photos. Here’s what I’m looking for:

Objective: Rename and categorize photos using a specific naming convention for easy searchability.

Work with me to develop a naming convention:
Example: 20240610_Beach_NYC_Vacation.jpg

Tasks:
Review and understand the naming convention.
Rename each photo accordingly.
Organize photos into categorized folders.

Requirements:
Attention to detail.
Ability to iterate and find the best approach given the task
Basic knowledge of metadata in photos. I would like to make it easier/intuitive to:
know the content of a document without opening it;
-retrieve and filter documents very quickly using the search/filter function of my computer;
-store documents in a single folder without losing their context if I need to
-find and identify documents even if they are no longer in their original folder
-easily browse long lists of files to inventory or check for missing documents
-manage documents more easily for use on digital platforms like websites.

File, data, and project management experience would be helpful.

Timeline: Start immediately.
