Extract & Organise Customer Data from Squarespace

I need someone to go through my Squarespace booking system and extract every customer email and mobile number from the last 3–4 years. These contacts then need to be cleaned, de-duplicated, and organised into a structure I can use for marketing from my personal brand (Angus Pedals).

I also need help setting up a simple, low-cost email marketing system (not Mailchimp) and preparing the contact lists so I can use them in WhatsApp Broadcasts.

Tasks include:

Access my Squarespace bookings (login provided).

Export all customer details: names, emails, mobile numbers, dates, party types (where possible).

Remove duplicates, fix formatting issues, and clean the data.

Create a clear, structured master spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel).

Separate contacts into useful segments (e.g., venue, party type, year, mobile vs email, etc.).

Set up a low-cost email marketing platform (MailerLite, Sender.net, EmailOctopus, etc.).

Import the cleaned contacts into the platform.

Prepare the mobile numbers in a format suitable for WhatsApp Broadcast Lists.

Deliver everything back in a tidy, ready-to-use format.

Required skills:

Experience with Squarespace data extraction

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Attention to detail (accuracy is essential)

Experience setting up simple email marketing platforms

Ability to organise large datasets logically

A fully cleaned, usable contact database
