Extract information from weekly published pdf lists and input the data into excel

I want to find someone who will extract key information from council's planning applications and decisions lists which are published weekly. I want to focus on Wandsworth councils (UK) to begin with.

I want the information to be copy and pasted into a spreadsheet. This role will be on going - the lists are published weekly.

There are around 70 applications and 70 decisions per week.

Please let me know your best price and how quickly the material can be done. I have done this myself and it takes me 2 hours to do per week.
