I am currently seeking a freelance Recruitment Resourcer to help me on an ongoing basis with my recruitment business.
I am looking to pay an hourly rate + a 20% commission on filled positions (based on the fee I receive).
I work on a low-ish fee, but high-volume rate and generally have a lot of positions that need filling at any one time.
I am looking for someone who is UK based, or an expat living abroad, but can work UK hours. Please mention this in your proposal, or your proposal will be automatically rejected.
The role:
I have a number of positions that I would like to get filled, but due to my company being really busy, I am needing someone to help me with the resourcing side.
The positions I mainly recruit for are within the IT, Banking, Finance and Insurance Sectors, so experience in these areas would be useful, but an understanding would also be considered if you are a good recruiter. That being said, some positions do fall outside of these sectors, but most commonly, I am recruiting for Developers within the above sectors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Testers and similar positions.
I currently have a subscription to Reed for advertising positions and conducting CV searches, which I will give the successful candidate access to, but if you do have access to other databases, this would be beneficial.
What I am looking for is for someone to the initial screening, so reviewing the candidates CV to see if they are suitable for the role and have the relevant experience, then having a video call with them to have an initial chat about the role to ensure they understand the role, have the required experience and would be a good fit for the company.
The successful applicant will be provided with a company email address and access to Google Meet to be able to provide these service, and will work from home - so a quite place to work while conducting interviews is a must.
Initially, I am looking to take someone on for 10 hours per week until at least March 2023 to see how this arrangement works out, but as things get busier, and if all goes well, we can assess those hours and see if the arrangement can work longer term.
