We are looking for an additional reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a good eye for detail and a strong personal interest in ladies' fashion (e.g., matching earrings with women’s shoes, handbags, and outfits). No formal fashion background or graphic design experience is necessary!

All AI prompts, software access, and step-by-step instructions are fully provided—your main focus is simply following the layout guidelines carefully and accurately processing the assigned workflow.

Job Title: Simple AI Batch Processing & Website Image Uploads - Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

What you will do:

1. Download a batch of 100 raw photos/Images from our website.

2. Rename the files strictly to match the specific SKU codes (e.g., ABC123.jpg).

3. Upload the 100 files into our premium AI software workspace (free access provided).

4. Copy and paste our pre-made design text prompt/instruction to AI to run the bulk automated makeover. (Note that this software will do them in bulk all at once)

5. Download the completed files as a ZIP folder and submit it back to us via a free WeTransfer link within 24 hours. (Note that all 100 units will be downloaded from the AI software all at once in a zipped folder)

6. Once the makeover designs are audited and approved from our end, then they are to be re-uploaded back on the website using the SKU codes. (Very simple steps)

Requirements:

- Must have a stable internet connection and a computer/PC.

- Excellent attention to detail (must accurately save images with SKU codes from our website).

- Immediately available, highly compliant, polite, and able to follow precise layout guidelines perfectly.

Budget & Structure:

This project is structured on a strict, fixed rate of £6.00 per completed 100-unit batch assignment (involves part A – downloading images from our website and use our pre-made AI prompts/instructions for image makeover) (Part B – reuploading the updated images back to our website). We operate on a quick 24-hour turnaround per batch. This is an opportunity for an assistant who communicates pleasantly and follows instructions.
