Podcast & Content Management
• Manage bookings (scheduling, follow-ups, collecting materials)
• Support episode preparation (research, transcripts, content summaries)
Event & Travel Coordination
• Assist with event planning & logistics (speaker coordination, scheduling, agendas)
• Research & book travel (flights, accommodation, logistics)
• Maintain guest lists & follow-ups
Strategic Research & Data Management
• Conduct targeted research (e.g., industry insights, investor databases)
• Organize and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
• Research and coordinate the development of a personal website
Personal Assistance & Operations
• Source & book personal shopping items (clothing, home decor, gifts)
• Oversee inbox, calendar, and scheduling
General Admin & Process Optimization
• Track & organize expenses, invoices, and tax-related documents
• Maintain & improve digital workflows (Google Drive, Notion, LinkedIn outreach)
• Identify inefficiencies & proactively suggest process improvements

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive VA or Operations Manager
- Impeccable written English (Must be able to draft professional emails for VIP clients)
- Strong project management skills (Able to take a task from start to finish independently)
- Tech-savvy (Proficient in Notion, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Zoom, and email automation tools)
- High attention to detail & ability to work autonomously
