Position: Part-time (Month 1), Full-time (Month 2 onward)
Location: Remote, anywhere (must be available 9am–5pm US hours)
Reports to: CEO
Salary is negotiable based on experience
Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and help run the day-to-day operations of a growing company. This is a remote role that begins part-time and transitions into full-time in the second month. The right candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox, pipeline, and daily follow-ups.
- Respond to leads and prospects with timely, professional communication.
- Draft, edit, and send proposals.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reminders for the CEO.
- Act as point of contact for clients, handling routine communication.
- Keep projects and deliverables on track by coordinating with team members.
- Support onboarding for new clients (contracts, invoices, initial communication).
- Assist with refining SOPs and light operational/admin tasks.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, calendars, CRMs, and project trackers.
- A self-starter who thrives on keeping things moving and solving problems before they become issues.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work consistently during US business hours.
Success in This Role Means
