Hi I'm looking for someone that can help me stay organised, on track and focussing on the things that will move my business forward. I have ADHD and have been known to focus on the wrong things. I'm looking for a strong, experienced Exec assistant who can help me stay on track.
Primarily, I'm looking for someone who is highly organised with a first class attention to detail and a fantastic memory. Customer service must be a passion and you'll ideally be experienced and comfortable communicating with people on the phone.
Here's some of the stuff that you'll be required to do:
Administrative Support
Manage emails and respond on my behalf.
Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Organise files and documents
Prepare reports, and presentations, and perform data entry tasks.
Manage and update databases and CRM systems.
Communication
Handle client and customer correspondence, including but not limited to phone, email and WhatsApp.
Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.
Make phone calls as required
Customer Support
Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution through email, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers on behalf of the Client.
Personal Assistance
Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Research and purchase gifts or supplies.
Manage personal tasks or errands.
I'm looking for someone who is based in the UK, has experience of working with fast paced, entrepreneurial founders that can commit to helping me long term.
