Excel (VBA) data manipulation and analysis + Management dashboard

Description of excel work: I'm looking for a developer who can create an Excel dashboard for data that is pulled from a Learning Management System.

The data is exported to an Excel report that is quite unreadable for the people who it is intended for, so that's why we want to have a nicely visualized dashboard that reads the information from the excel. In addition, the current report contains information on how students have responded to eLearning courses, I want the information that is not directly summarized in the management dashboard to be displayed in a nicely visualized Excel table.

The way it should work:
- User exports data from Learning Management System to an Excel file.
- The data is then copied to your developed Excel dashboard in a separate tab
- Your dashboard visualizes the data.

Mind that the no. of columns and rows is not fixed.

The dashboard should at least display this:
- Grades per employee/student
- Average score of entire group
- Students' responses to questions
- What questions were answered correctly/incorrectly
- What questions were incorrectly answered most
- Students that have attended vs. not attended the eLearning course

As for the timeline, I'm looking at a first version before April 16.
