Excel template creating , task, project planner , job planner

Description of excel work: We need a Excel wiz kid to adapt our excel spread sheets that we use to book in our treatment visits for over 500 sites. each site needs 2-4 visits per year for a 3-5 year period but we are currently just filtering to know which job to book in when.

We want this to be created and highlighted by the template rather than manually. We also have 3 different spread sheets with different sheets and all this needs to go under 1 sheet and 1 spread sheet ideally. We want a spread sheet that can plan a bulk load of jobs depending on the team assigned too and also the post code.

I need to know how you would go about doing this and what extra questions shot below.
