Excel support

Please see the attachment.
I have two requirements:

Firstly - I need to add some sort of button that locks results in (so they cant be changed) at the end of each review. So for example at the initial review, once all questions have been scored in columns D&E they can no longer be changed.

Secondly, on the second tab, I need graphs that show progress using the TC scores at each review BUT doesnt show anything if the value is 0 ( not yet populated) so just shows the reviews that have been scored to date - I dont want to see the line for reviews not yet completed but will auto update when they are completed)

Happy to answer questions if that doesnt make sense
