Excel Staff & Client Timesheet

We're a commercial cleaning contractor and require an Excel spreadsheet for client & staff times. Details will include:

Customary - Header - Logo
Date - Week Commencing
Mon - Sun with box for date
Columns:
- Name/Client
- Box relates to day/date - for hours worked
- total (hours worked for week)
- Comments (additional hours worked/supplied goods)

The above formal can be the same for both staff & clients as most of this is contractual. Should be very straight forward and advice welcome.
