Excel spreed sheet

I am looking to have a spread sheet built to show income and costs for my new mobile app with monthly subscriptions.
There are 3 plans with auto renew, Plans have minutes of usability 300, 600,1200. each min cost .0035 There is a direct cost to me for each minute.

4 additional options- 1 monthly with auto renew and 3 one time charge with different fees, these fees are based on minutes chosen. but same costs as per minutes in plan.

I have a 30% cost per subscription to Apple & Android based on subscription amout. Although, after 12 months Android drops to 15%

I have advertising costs that will come off bottom line. Need a few rows for different adv. costs

I have 1 cost based on each plan .0035 per plan chosen.
