Excel Spreadsheet Development

We are a small charity with not a huge budget. We need to record a work log of the work we undertake and some basis info about the clients.

We have made the first attempt of the spreadsheet with limited use of formulas. The work we need is listed as some notes on first and second sheets. But here is a summary:

1. We need a unique count of clients, currently clients may appear on the work log more than once but we need a end figure of how many unique clients there is. First and last name are in separate columns.

2. We also need a count of unique clients with each diagnosis. there are 3 options. LD, AUST, LD & AUST

3. We need a count of how many males/females/other have been helped. bare in mind it would need to a unique count the same person may appear more than once.

4. We need a count of how many different ethnicities have been helped. bare in mind it would need to a unique count the same person may appear more than once.

5. We need a count of how many different age groups have been helped. bare in mind it would need to a unique count the same person may appear more than once.
