Need a spreadsheet design which will calculate which days are free for a SAP license to be used and by who? we have a certain amount of SAP licenses and more users but not all SAP licensees are being used at the same time, would like a SS that can have the names and dates and times inputted that will show who can use it at what time? hope that makes sense?

    For ex. if there are 2 SAP lic, and 5 users. Which one need to work at what time is already decided and than need to do a optimal calculation for assigning the SAP LIC?
