Excel spreadsheet

We are a tennis coaching provider. Most of our sessions run in the school terms and pupils pay per term. We need a spreadsheet where pupil information can be added by our admin staff, where drop down menus input the squads pupils enrol in e.g. squad 1/squad 2/monday 4.15pm-5.30pm, and automatic registers are created on other sheets for each squad based on whats inputted. We would also like a costings sheet to be created where numbers within each squad show as income (would need opportunity for one off 'pay and play' payments), and expenditure is inputted i.e. court and coach cost, giving final profit/loss information for the programme.

We would then like to discuss a similar format spreadsheet for our holiday camps.
