Excel rota sheet creation with various costs

I need an excel based rota created Monday to sunday with calculations reflecting on individuals hourly cost based on numbers of hours, total gross pay NI costs.

Team members are paid per hours, whereas senior members have a salary, so hours calculations shall be purely informative but weekly costs and NI actual.

Also to include daily/weekly sales, and percentage costs vs staff costs.
