Excel OR SIMILAR FORM

I own a phone repair company and need a way to organise my work flow.
I used other crms but have to many functions that are a waist of space.

process

take customers details I.e
name
contact
alternate contact
alternate contact
brand
model
cost
etc.

and for the form to save data to sub category "repair n process"
once paid I would like to process this data into a database and automatically make a invoice that saves into a separate file.

can this be done
