Excel / Google Sheets - Template to highlight / tag duplicate content

I run reports to show the keywords that my website and rivals websites rank for.

The spreadsheet output looks like this for each domain:

Col A: Keyword
Col B: Search Volume
Col C: Ranking URL

What I'd like to be able to do is to setup a template that looks at all the keywords in Col A across each tab/sheet in the document and de-deuplicates the data and tags it where each site ranks for a given keyword.

So the spreadsheet would end up looking like this:

Col A (Keyword) | Col D (websites that rank for that keyword)
red cars | redcarwebsite.com, allaboutredcars.com, redorwhitecars.co.uk
fast red cars | allaboutredcars.com
cars with red wheels | redcarwebsite.com, redorwhitecars.co.uk

I would prefer it if this was a Google Sheets template but if it is Excel that is also fine.
