Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the business: Fund management business - housing focus
Industry: Business
Description of excel work: What I need?
- An excel model with 3 year forecasts
- A P&L, cashflow and balance sheet (that balances)
- An assumptions sheet that will feed into the relevant lines sensibly
- The ability to change start dates for assumptions such that numbers can be moved forward or backwards
- Scenarios that can be toggled.
- Charts and visuals on progression of cashflow, income, etc etc
- Focus needs to be on simplicity/ usability / ability to change the numbers without requiring code or macros / and also auditability by external 3rd parties.
- This will be the basis for further ongoing work of this type with different models and assumptions based on need in the short and medium term
What I will provide
- The basic numbers
- The assumptions
- feedback to you to change the model
- further work
What you need to have
- Understanding of financials & accounts
- Great excel skills
- Ability to put numbers together with assumptions and explain what you have done
- and why you have done it this way
- great presentation and preparation of visual skills.
Please only put yourself forward if you have experience and can deliver. Please also send examples of work (cut down sheets etc). For a skilled practitioner this shouldn't take too long in the first instance.
Design and target audience: For internal and external 3rd parties
Extra notes: The pricing you offer can be fixed price or per hour, and this will be taken into consideration when we look at further work.
I will be able to send you sheets once I have reviewed your samples and your experience.
