Take 2 pre-existing company delegate lists in Excel and write a basic VBA script to rearrange the data so that it is organised by: LIST NAME (PIMS LIST), FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, ROLE, COMPANY, COMPANY INFORMATION, INDIVIDUAL PROFILE, FORTHCOMING PROJECTS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Sorry, can I clarify something? I think you describe the delegate lists as being in Excel, why are there two pdf files?

Please clarify the data source for this exercise. Does it need to be extracted from pdfs or is it already in excel sheets.
Can you also clarify how the data in the two sets is logically linked
