Excel document for tracking properties

I would like to future proof the excel document so perhaps we can discuss what i am looking for over chat before going ahead just in case i have not thought of everything in the below

I need a excel document creating. I want the excel document to help me track spend against budget when i am purchasing a new property. I want the ability to track spend vs budget for multiple properties. I would like the document to show me for each property i purchase what the overall spend was and the revaluation and whether i sold or kept it.

I then need the excel document to capture the following in a seperate table or tab if i am keeping the property and renting it out.
1) Capture the address of the property
2) if renting out with BTL or HMO or SA
3) What is the total mortgage amount on that property and what is the interest rate
4) WHen is the mortgage term ending ?
5) WHo is the mortgage with?
6) What is the monthly rent income?
7) Outgoings
a) Insurance
b) Management fees
c) Maintenance costs (10% rent)
d) Utilities
e) TV Broadband
f) Mortgage payments
g) other

8) what is the value of the property
9) How much capitol in the deal (i.e Value of property - mortgage amount)
10) Monthly profit (6-7)


I would like some nice visuals creating showing profit and loss as well as the valuation of the portfolio. Also it would be good to see a map chart including the location of the properties.

So hopefully i have explained myself well enough. Basically looking for a one stop solution to track my properties and how they are performing.
