Excel data product sheet completed

I am needing some work completed on excel. I have a printer cartridge webstore and need to get this completed to upload new webstore. I have attached the file and basically to perform a search for a printer cartridge product you need Brand > Series > Model data but has to be cross reference both ways i.e cartridge to printer and printer to cartridge. The problem I have is on the file attached I need every printer cartridge reference in the first column to display the other product fields to be able to select the correct category path / printer series but the way the supplier has set it out is 1 in column C1 , then C2, C3 and so on . These all fit the same machine but I need them singular in one row column if this makes sense? Are you able to give me a quotation please?
