Excel data entry for list of fruit, vegetables and herbs

This is a simple data entry job. Please see the instructions in the word document. Summary Below:

I would like you to go through the items in this website list and for each one, create a row in the excel document attached:

Do this for plat types: fruit, vegetable, and herb (exclude Flower)

Notes:

If the required data cannot be found in the source location, then please find an alternative and reliable source for that entry.

Where there are multiple items for the main type of fruit/vegetable, just enter one – such as Apple.

In the instruction document, I have provided links where all the information for the excel can be found and how the data should be formatted.
