Excel background into an invoice

I presently create my invoices in Excel 2010 I think, and then print them on to my headed notepaper and scan them in and email. (I take the last invoice for that client, and change date / number and content and save as)

I know I cannot get a watermark to be printed, but didn't know if you can get my image of headed notepaper into the template for me. I could then save a few versions with each of my clients address details in, update the new invoice figures and then be able to save straight to pdf and cut out the scanning process.

I have two sets of invoices I do this for.

I understand there may be ways with headers / footers.

Is this something you can help me with ?
