Excel Annual leave tracker spreadsheet

I want to create an annual leave Excel spreadsheet for my clinic. I have several doctors in the clinic, and every six months they rotate. Therefore, I should be able to make a new Excel spreadsheet every six months. I want to be able to change the dates so I can control the start date and the end date of the spreadsheet. I have attached images of what the spreadsheet should look like. On the left-hand side, there should be a list of names that I can input. At the top, there should be the month and the number of the month, as well as the day of the month. And on the right-hand side, there should be tallies where the spreadsheet automatically adds up the number of days off each doctor has had.
1. There should be colored boxes for the type of leave the doctor takes, including:
- Annual leave
- Study leave
- Sick leave
- Pulled to EED
- Parental leave
2. At the bottom of each Tuesday, the secretary should be able to input the total number of patients in the clinic. I want this as a Google shared drive that myself and my secretary can only edit.
Please let me know the cost and the timeline on this. Obviously, there may be several edits that I would like as the project progresses.

I am looking for an expert in excel to help me with this project who is trustworthy and responsive.
