Description
So we need help with;
1) Setting our email accounts up so we can access them from each device
2) setting up the mail box to make sure general (sale@ etc) emails forward to personal email address so we can manage emails better
I’m looking for someone to be able to turn this around within 24 hours too.
Please explain how you can us if you are going to quote for this work.

Are the email accounts set up via a platform such as Office 365? And have licenses been assigned accordingly?Kyle W.06 Apr 2020I have used office 365 exchange, that was made available to me by domain.com which hosts are website.
currently there is one licence and I set up mail boxes for users and passwords. Gave this to the user when they went to sign in it was asking for domain host urls. We are open to looking at a different platform we are at start up stage of the company.

I have these set up currently but there not functioning I the way I would like, all mail comes into my inbox.
Hope you can advise on best solution either working with what we have or setting up with a new platform.
