We have just set up our own business and have email accounts with outlook. We need help trying to set this up. We have 4/5 staff accounts and a handful of general email addresses that we all need to forward on to personal emails.
So we need help with;
1) Setting our email accounts up so we can access them from each device
2) setting up the mail box to make sure general (sale@ etc) emails forward to personal email address so we can manage emails better
I’m looking for someone to be able to turn this around within 24 hours too.
Please explain how you can us if you are going to quote for this work.

Are the email accounts set up via a platform such as Office 365? And have licenses been assigned accordingly?
