I am actually very shocked that you have had 44 proposals and no one has asked these questions! Especially as freelancers pay to submit a proposal!

1. Hire of what in relation to weddings? Tables, chairs, dresses, suits etc. The list is endless, what are your exact specifics?

2. In what location? You want this list for a reason, but you must have a catchment area. Are you looking for UK only, or Europe, Worldwide? Or perhaps you are just looking for your own local area? Can I have some guidance on this before I pay to send a proposal?

3. Could you give some background to your business so that I can send a proposal that is specific to you? There are a lot of people who will bid and provide you with a list of emails that will bounce back. I do things differently, so would like to know so that I can provide you with a list of email addresses that actually suit your needs.
