Description
I have created an excel spreadsheet with 4 tabs of basic information in tables. This is to give to a manager of one of my offices.
Currently, the spreadsheet looks very unengaging. I was wondering if somebody can tidy it up, make it look more presentable / attractive to the eye. I'm not expecting a miracle because it is excel but anything is better than what i have done!!
I have 5 of these docs. I'll attach one so you can see what they are like

Thanks for the example and the following would help:
- the key purpose of the Excel sheets
- - if you advise what are the main points that need to be conveyed within the sheet, then you can go about presenting it appropriately
for example, a legend that may suggest target met is orange; not met may be red, exceeded green (using conditional formatting)
- - if a chart is appropriate, that could be auto filled as an additional tab
You can even have a tab with an intro and buttons that help navigate the sheet
