E-Book and Paperback Publishing from Home.

Hello.

NOTE: This job is aimed at those who have around 2 GBP PH listed in their profiles (India, etc).

I am a self-publisher. I am looking to hire someone 4 days a week, 32 hours, to create E-Books and Paperbacks for my second publishing company, imprint "Aeterna Press", which is quite small at the moment. I sell E-Books and Paperbacks, primarily Christian.

This can all be done on your own computer, using Windows, Word and Photoshop and other free applications. You will be provided a guide on the workflow, template files and all data required, such as books, images, etc.

The process is quite simple once you master the guide; we would be in contact via TeamViewer and Skype. I would require a certain amount of books to be published every week.

Note that you would be working as a laborer; all templates, books, data, finished products and guides remain the copyright of the publisher.

There would be a trial period to gauge how well the applicant does in regards to time taken to learn, quality of the product, turnover, etc of up to one month. Payment during the trial will vary, depending on work done. After this, if you are successful, the wage will be 250 GBP P/M. The wage will also increase in future.

Requirements: You absolutely must have great proficiency in working with Windows and Word; including how to use Styles, Macros, formatting, Headings and Table of Contents. If you do not know how to use Word, do not apply. You must have good command of English text. Minimal experience with Photoshop is required. Must be a fast learner. Must have an eye for detail; consistency is very important, as well as efficiency. Must also be creative, in choosing appropriate cover images, etc.
