Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hello,
I require the ultimate, all-in-one food, exercise, sleep, work and lifestyle diary/planner and symptom tracker.
After being diagnosed with a serious chronic illness I need to take charge of the situation and get organised. I’d like a detailed Excel workbook where I can record the above information to be used for analysis by myself and my doctors. The goal is to improve symptoms and achieve remission by gaining a thorough understanding of how the illness is affected by the aforementioned attributes.
The following is a quick breakdown of the information I’d like to record and analyse in the spreadsheet.
I’d like the ability to:
- View weekly, monthly and yearly insights into my pain scores and what may be causing and contributing to them through a dashboard. I’d also like to be able to dive further into the numbers to see if there’s any correlation between, for instance, the amount of gluten consumed vs the pain levels or the amount of sleep vs fatigue levels.
- Record fatigue and pain scores across the body.
- Record diet and calorie information and to keep track of weight changes.
- Record exercise and burnt calorie information
- Record sleep patterns
- Record working hours
- Keep a written journal detailing social engagements, chores and anything else life might throw my way
- Create a printable weekly planner that can be used to plan meals, working hours, chores and social engagements
If this sounds like a project for you I’d be happy and grateful to hear from you.
Regards
